If you are suffering from severe shyness, anxiety, and lack the confidence to talk to women then doing simple exercises such as going for a long walk and practicing breathing in and out. This will make you feel better then you can move on to a more engaging social exercise such as making eye contact with strangers as they pass by you down the street.
